What do you sell?
We sell RC tires, maintenance supplies and parts: bearings, oils, tools, cleaners and more.
Are your parts new and genuine?
Yes. All items are new, genuine brand-name parts.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders $100 and up. $10 flat shipping under $100.
If I order several items, do I pay shipping on each one?
No. Items in one order ship together for one shipping charge.
Where do you ship?
The continental US only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
How fast will my order ship?
Your order usually ships within 2 business days.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
What can't be returned?
Batteries, tires that have been opened, mounted or used, and clearance items or anything marked "Final sale" on its product page.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay return shipping unless the item was wrong or defective. If it was, we cover it. Report a wrong or defective item within 14 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@rockstarhobbies.com with your order number. Wait for approval before you ship anything. We'll email you an RMA number and the return address. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 more days. No restocking fee. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return it for a refund and place a new order.
Do parts have a warranty?
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Do you have a store I can visit?
No. Rockstar Hobbies is an online-only store.
