Refund policy

We want your RC gear to land right.

What you can return

New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

What you can't return

These can't be returned: batteries, tires that have been opened, mounted or used, and clearance items or anything else marked "Final sale" on its product page.

Return shipping

Changed your mind? You pay return shipping. If we made the mistake (wrong item, or defective out of the box), we cover it. Report it within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How to return

1. Request a return: email sales@rockstarhobbies.com with your order number.

2. Wait for approval. Don't ship anything before you're approved. With your approval, we'll email you an RMA number and the return address.

3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the return address we send you.

Refunds

We refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 5–10 more days to post it. Refunds go to your original payment method. No restocking fee. Want something else? Return it and reorder.
